10 days, 10 ways – number 9!

Even though summer holidays may be over, we are still hanging on to some good weather here. So why not take the opportunity and get outside for some Yoga in the Park?

Every Sunday until 30 September, you can join in a Kundalini yoga class at the Philips de Jongh Park. You need to take a yoga mat, some water, and something to keep you warm during the relaxation time at the end of the lesson.


Time: 10:30 – 12:00

Place: Meet near the Park Paviljoen at the Philips de Jongh Park

Cost: Voluntary donation
