As part of Challenge Yourself in May, I went for a run as soon as I got up.
While this isn’t a challenge for some, it definitely is for me. I usually eat, then shower (seriously!), and then run. But this morning I learned that if I really want to do it, I can. I don’t need to stick to the same old routines.
Challenges don’t have to be huge, they can be small, or really any size at all. And they need to be yours, and yours alone.
