10 days, 10 ways – Number 4

There’s much more to swimming than following that black line. Today is number 4 in our countdown and we’re taking a look at all the different ways to stay active in the pool.

Eindhoven has one of the best pools in the Netherlands. It’s actually the National Swimming Center and it’s where a lot of Dutch champions (have) train(ed).

Of course, there are times every day that are just for lap swimming, but if that’s not your thing, don’t despair! How about Aquabalance, Ai Chi, Aqua Jogging, Aqua Power, Aquarobics, Aqua Spinning,  or Water Bootcamp?

Or would you like to learn how to swim, or improve your technique and / or fitness level? Then you can take swimming lessons for adults, or lessons just for women, or fitness swimming classes.

Pregnant? You can also join swimming for expectant mothers.

Over 55? Special classes for you, too, including Senior Fit and Fifty Fit.

Of course there are also a bunch of lessons for kids and teens as well!

There are different times and rates for each activity, but you can find out all the info you need on the website.

And if you live closer to the north of Eindhoven, you’ll find the same classes at Ir Ottenbad!
