Maintaining motivation to exercise over summer can be tricky – it’s hot, you may be going on a lovely holiday and enjoying lots of good food and drinks, or your regular schedule might be thrown out the window if you have school age kids who have the next six weeks off.
The kids can’t have all the fun
My backyard isn’t really suitable for a trampoline. And if it was, my kids would be on it all the time and where’s the joy in that for me?! Come on, the kids can’t have all the fun. Adults also need to let off some steam and enjoy themselves. Besides, exercise doesn’t have to be so serious, and jumping on a trampoline is a fantastic workout.
