Maintaining motivation to exercise over summer can be tricky – it’s hot, you may be going on a lovely holiday and enjoying lots of good food and drinks, or your regular schedule might be thrown out the window if you have school age kids who have the next six weeks off.
It’s been hot, right?! And it looks like the warm weather is sticking around. So what happens to our motivation to keep active, not only in this heat, but during the fast-approaching summer holidays?
